Rules & Regulations
UF/Gainsville
On NON-PREMIUM WEEKS and
origination and completion of the trip falls on the same trip week
Our trip weeks start on Thursday and end on Wednesday
Regular Trips: One way $35 – Roundtrip - $45

Reverse Trips: One way $45 – Round trip - $55

Premium weeks are National& university holidays & two weeks for end of semester and two weeks for the beginning of semester & others
On Premium Weeks all fares will increase $10
If you originate and complete your travel on different weeks, all fares will increase $10

FSU TALLAHASSEE
FSU does not pay extra for Premium Weeks.
But is charged $10 extra on all fareswhen originate and complete travel on different weeks.
If different weeks are during the end and beginning of semester, passengers are charged for two one way fares and are then given an instant credit of $20

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- This is a non-refundable /non-transferable ticket
- No-Shows are not eligible for a travel credit
- If you wish to cancel a reservation, in order to be eligible for a travel credit, you must submit a WRITTEN/EMAIL cancellation notice 48 hours prior to the ORIGINATION of the trip on a non-premium week. On premium weeks cancellation notices must be given 72 hours prior to the ORIGINATION of the trip in order to be eligible for a travel credit.
- To cancel you must SEND AN EMAIL; calls or messages are not permitted forms of cancellations.
- Credit tickets will be issued for qualified cancellations.
- Credits or open tickets cannot be used on Premium Weeks.
- Credits or open tickets are valid up to 60 days from the date of original travel.
- You are allowed 1 medium size bag & 1 book bag - any extra or oversize bag/box will be charged $5 per medium size/piece- Medium is 21" or smaller
- GMG is not responsible for lost, misplaced or unclaimed baggage
- Tickets are not valid after travel date indicated above
- There will be no credit for delayed departures or arrivals
- In case GMG is unable to make a trip as scheduled, you will only be entitled to receive a travel credit for the unused portion of your total paid fare. No refunds will be issued.
- No verbal statement takes precedence over these written rules.
